Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 working days from the date of receipt of your order by credit card, payment at the door. For payments by money order, your order will be delivered to the cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after the fee is transferred to our account.
Shipping time for personalized items is 5-7 business days. In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days. For overseas sales, your orders will be delivered to you by our logistics partner ARAS KARGO. International cargo service is provided by Aras Cargo.

REFUNDS
Refunds for purchases made with a credit card are made to the credit card from which the purchase was made. The difference cannot be refunded to a credit card or cash. Refunds to credit cards will be credited to your card account within 10 working days, depending on your bank. In your installment payments; The entire refund amount is made by us at once to the bank that your credit card belongs to. You can see the refund amount as a plus balance on your next statement. The refund of your payments made by wire transfer/EFT is refunded by wire transfer to the account number to which the EFT or wire transfer is linked or sent.
There are no cancellations or refunds for our overseas orders due to customs costs.
